It's a miracle in and of itself that this Red Sox team, with all its problems is in the playoffs. The fact that we might win the division is more miraculous. I mean, when your second best hitter takes a month long vacation, your leadoff spot was filled by a guy with a .193 batting average for half the season, and the 5-hole has contained JD Drew, who just couldn't care less, you're not supposed to be good.

Somehow, we've overcome all of it. Julian Tavarez and his role in the rotation. Francona. Drew. The second half collapse of Okajima and DiceK. Eric Gagne. All of those problems. And yet, some how, we're going to the playoffs. And I couldn't be more happy about it.
